RankedModel for Rails 4

This evening I’ve spent some time updating the tests and code of RankedModel for Rails 4. The pull request is here:
Of much help was @schneems’s guide to testing against multiple Rails versions.
Please give it a test as you upgrade and I will make a release shortly.
